Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate under applicable consumer law.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.
